TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AMBIENT VIBES

1. Introduction
Welcome to Ambient Vibes (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)
govern your access to and use of our website and services (collectively, the “Services”),
including any content, functionality, and products offered on or through our website. Please
read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
2. Definitions
“Services” refers to all offerings, including but not limited to, the sale of natural
wax and essential oil candles, available through our website.
“User,”you,”or “your” refers to the individual or entity that accesses or uses the
Services.
“Contents” refers to all text, images, data, and other material available through the
Services.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. Your continued use of
the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the
changes.
4. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a
revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice prior
to any new terms taking effect. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding
contract with us. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement of
a parent or guardian. Our Services are not intended for and may not be used by minors.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the
Services or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to
you. This includes the right to change or discontinue any products, features, or services
made available through the Ambient Vibes platform.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including but not limited to text,
graphics, logos, and software used in connection with the Services, are the exclusive
property of Ambient Vibes or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease
any part of our Services, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
of any software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
10. Product Descriptions and Availability
While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, we do not warrant that product
descriptions or other content on our Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or
error-free. Availability of products is subject to change without notice, and we reserve the
right to impose quantity limits on any order, reject all or part of an order, and discontinue
offering certain products without prior notice.
11. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We
accept various forms of payment, including most credit/debit cards and Paypal. Payment must be received before any goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
12. Order Placement and Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our
acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve
the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity
for any reason. Where payment has already been made, we will provide a full refund for
orders that we decline or cancel.
13. Delivery Terms
Delivery will be made within 3-5 working days from the next working day after your order is
confirmed. We use reputable third-party delivery services (DPD) and will provide tracking
information where possible.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is
delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you
know and will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. A delivery fee of £6.99 will be
charged for each order. This fee is non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
14. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not
already been dispatched. If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you will be
responsible for any costs incurred, including return shipping fees. If we cancel an order, you
will receive a full refund of any charges already paid.
15. Return and Refund Policy
If you receive a faulty product, you are entitled to a full refund upon providing photographic
evidence of the fault. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible
for a refund. If you change your mind about a purchase, you have 14 days from the date of
receipt to return the product in its original, re-sellable condition. Return shipping costs will be
your responsibility, and a refund will only be issued once we have received and inspected
the returned item.
16. User Conduct and Prohibitions
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to conduct any unlawful
activity, including, but not limited to, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, or identity
theft. You agree not to upload or transmit viruses, worms, or any other destructive code. The
burden of proving that any content does not violate any laws or third-party rights rests solely
with you.
17. User-Generated Content
You may post reviews, comments, and other content so long as the content is not illegal,
obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property
rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties. You grant Ambient Vibes a non-exclusive,
royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such
content throughout the world in any media.
18. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or
controlled by Ambient Vibes. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the
content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
19. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ambient Vibes disclaims all warranties,
express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted,
secure, or error-free. Ambient Vibes will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from
your use of the Services.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ambient Vibes, its officers, directors,
employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses
(including reasonable attorney fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to
use the Services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this
Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable
laws, rules, or regulations.
21. Termination of Account and Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our
sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful
to other users of the Services, us, third parties, or for other reasons we deem appropriate.
22. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in
according to the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Courts of England for the purpose of
litigating all such disputes.
23. Force Majeure
Ambient Vibes shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms
if such failure results from any cause beyond Ambient Vibes reasonable control, including
but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, epidemics, or power outages.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be
limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise
remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter
into with Ambient Vibes, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Ambient
Vibes concerning the Service
